Comfort zone Cliché
Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone - Is a Strategy, Not a Cliché
The concept and context matter in everything we want to understand and apply in our lives.
For instance, if your comfort zone is where you are reaping the most benefits from your efforts, then why would you change that?
Unless you want something different or if something isn’t working out.
Don't apply or preach "get out of your comfort zone" as a cliché that asks people to push themselves beyond their limits and end up feeling even more exhausted.
Instead, present it as a step, an opportunity, a strategy to try new approaches to achieve your goals.
For example, if you’re a project manager excelling in team collaboration, consider experimenting with remote tools to enhance productivity. This is about growth, not discomfort.
I even suggest creating your own comfort zone
—a space where you feel calm and can thrive. This is where your creativity can flourish, and you have enough boundaries to not let anyone crush that comfort zone.
Let’s create our comfort zones!
